The Tennessee Whiskey Barrel Lounge Chair

Old whiskey and wine barrels are given a new life thanks to Hungarian craftsman, Balazs Moldovan. The California based company, Hungarian Workshop, builds furniture from reclaimed barrels of American oak straight from Kentucky.

Handcrafted Whiskey Barrel Lounge Chair

All of the Hungarian Workshop furniture is handcrafted using only the finest, high quality materials available. For the Whiskey Barrel Lounge Chair, all staves are hand sanded and cleaned perfectly to show off the reclaimed oak’s characteristics while maintaining the barrels true history. The natural curve of the staves gives the seat and back a comfortable contour while the whiskey-aged patina provides a unique finish. As a final touch, a couple of barrel staves will be partially branded from your favorite distillery.
